SRX9552123: 50 SMRT cells of Drosophila teissieri GT53w PacBio RS II reads

Design: High Molecular Weight DNA extraction with QIAgen Blood and Tissue kit (Genomic-tip 100/G), sheared with 24 gauge blunt-end needle (Chakraborty et al. 2016 NAR), verified length distribution by FIGE. Library preparations using BluePippin 15-50kb size selection, standard PacBio 20kb library preparation without Covaris G-tube step, followed by final BluePippin 15-50kb size selection of SMRTbell templates. Sequenced 50 SMRT cells totalling ~25.1 Gb. Dtei runs served as titration/testing for future preps for other species, so loading concentrations varied widely.
